Class policies, procedures and cancellation policy:

Procedure for Susan's online classes are real simple.

1. Know the basics of how to use the Internet, have basic computer knowledge on how to download the lessons and upload photos to the forum or a photo sharing website. (It is really easy, so don't freak out)
2. No refunds after the first lesson is released to the class. You can get a refund up to the day before a class starts.
3. Do not reproduce the lessons to teach or publish. They are the property of Susan Sorrell.
4. I will send you a confirmation that I have received your payment and at that time I will email you a supply list and how to use the forum.
5. To read the lessons you will need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. That way you can read the lessons and download them to your computer.
